To track the status of your orders, kindly access the “Track my Order” tab. For a smoother transaction, please have your order number readily available to facilitate in the tracking process and provide you with the necessary assistance for timely delivery.

Please be informed that delivery charges for our products are billed separately and are calculated based on your purchase amount. However, we also offer the option for you to arrange for collection from our warehouse at your convenience. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our delivery and collection procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Brandscore is pleased to inform you that we offer multiple payment options, including EFT, online payments, and cash deposits, (subject to our terms and conditions for cash deposits). Please note that at this time, we do not accept any credit or layby options.
