Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.brandscore.co.za. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following conditions:

  • You must initiate a return within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain products, such as personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@brandscore.co.za to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item(s) securely, including the RA number, and send them to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. You may be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.

6. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
